Need a plugin to add posts to a category

  • Have you heard of any plugins that can add a post into a specified category?
    Like: add_to_category(’30’,’news’);
    would add post with id# 30 to category ‘news’.

    Or if you know the mysql query to accomplish this, then I could write the plugin aspect myself.

  • I just go into manage, edit click on edit. Scroll down the list of categories on the right, select the one I want. Click on Save.
