need a plugin that can help me with diet website

So basically i want to build something like eatthismuch(dot)com
Where people calculate their calories requirement and then i have a page with recipes which have child catogeries too
Now when they calculate it i want to fetch data from recipes page and echo it on the same page where they calculate calories and em not good with coding any plugin you guys can recomend and the things that get pulled in are = caloric requirements
