need a little contact box for every products

hi , i have an idea for request price of every products in my site

i don’t want to make a single contact or sail form to choose a product from drop down list and fill a whole form

I want to put a button or link in every product pages and when user click on it the popup box ( little form ) open and the Header of post ( name of products automatically load on subject )

then user only fill the email filed and send price request to me .

in other means i need a simple price request button on every products that user can email me and request price of product directly from page
