Need a developer

Do you know any developers who could customize WP-Forms to provide functionality similar to the survey overview at this link https://nomoreoverload.com/ChurchSO.pdf?

As background, my wife and I are in our 70’s. Leveraging our 50+ years consulting experience we offer FREE consulting to churches and not for profit organization. Our desire is to see this tool developed so such organizations can acquire it directedly from the developer. We will promote it and train them on using it to care for their staff, volunteers and community. We have no financial interest but we are prepared to compensate for some of the development cost.
