Need a default option selected on mult-step form

Need a default option selected on mult-step form

I have a mult-step form over 2 pages, the user looks at pricing table decides on the option they want

As this is a pricing table, that should have a sign up button, i needed the user to select a location, so i added the form with a dropdown to achieve this, but, I need the fact the user has selected Bronze, silver etc to also be passed to the final email after multi-step 2 has completed.
Just now the user doesnt click on anything to suggest what they want from bronze, silver etc….
How can i capture this, without the users input?
