Need a Contact Form Reference

I am looking for someone to hopefully can refer me to a contact form plug in that has specific functionality. Here’s the use case. A real estate agent client wants a small contact form on each listing page, but this agent would like for the post title to be automatically be passed as the subject of the email message.
Can anyone provide guidance, or is this a dog that doesn’t hunt without custom coding.
