Need a better text widget

Hello,
I’m sharing a blog with people who don’t know/have patience for writing code, even simple html code. I need something a little more robust than the text widget that comes with wordpress. I can’t even highlight and copy within its editor. Can anybody recommend a plugin? I’d like basic stuff like you’d find on wordpad, or the WP post/page editor, like Bold/Italic/Underline, alignment adjusting, the ability to highlight and copy and list options.
