Need 2 minor css fixes to finish my site

Ive almost done finally customizing my site but there are still 2 css issues evading a fix.
The first one is an ie only glitch when viewing posts, it looks fine in firefox, but in ie the post title does not align properly under the post links, it squishes between them, heres an example https://dotnature.com/?p=16. I tried to edit some .entry but ie still buggy.
The second problem is slightly more complicated, I have gallery2 embeded into my theme and the subheader doesnt align properly, I want the embed to move up a few pixels to the header, you can see it on the top right here ( https://dotnature.com/wp-gallery2.php ), ive tried to edit the #subheader but that changes my other pages, the gallery2 has a header as well called gsHeader in there but it contains no data.
I know this has very little to do with wp but some people seem to know css quite well around here.
