[solved] Necessary field checked, but drops error message

Hello,
using cforms2 Version 14.6.11, have a form with some field, one of them with type “checkbox” and option “necessary”. Although checkbox is checked in the sned form, i get an error message “… ist erforderlich.” (… is necessary).
