Necessary and Non-necessary options

    Hi there

    I’m using the plugin in 4 websites, but in 2 of them I can’t find a way to enable the “Necessary” and “Non-necessary” menus under the GDPR Cookie Consent menu entry. How can I enable them?

    Greetings from Webtoffee!

    In the newer version of the plugin, we have added support for more categories. You will find them including the “Necessary” and “Non-necessary” under the GDPR Cookie Consent menu > Cookie Category page.

    Yes, I can see those categories there but the cookie message doesn’t shows the switches under the settings sections. How can I make them appear?

    Hi @enriquejros,

    Please use the cookie scanner to scan and list cookies into categories. Once that is done, it will show up in the front end.
