Nearly half block types missing on the same page

  • The attached screenshot (https://imgur.com/lPoYjL8) is from the same:

    * blog network,
    * site in that blog,
    * post,

    accessed from Google Chrome from two different PCs.

    How it is possible that I managed to block only 42 block types on one PC and 69 on the other one?

    How it is possible that exactly the same WordPress site, using exactly the same plugin configuration and Gutenberg version displays different number of block types while accessed from two different PCs?
