Near_lng Issue (Bug?)

I never remarked it before:

Using radius_km=10 shows the wrong location (marker with info window), despite correct lng and lat n the url

if I screw down the radius (just a few meters), the marker and info window is correct

Is this a bug? Or am I wrong? I would like to show the near by locations and the current marker, but with this behavior doesn’t make sense
