Navigator for old posts

I want to use WordPress to manage an online comic strip. I can do a lot of things that I’m looking for, but what I’d really like is a pulldown menu that I can pop in the sidebar that lists all the posts (in this case, Strip #1, Strip #2 and so on) so that the viewer can jump around as they’d like. Does anyone know a way to do this?
