Do you have any way of tracking down what you’ve modified compared to the original theme’s code?

Unfortunately, no.

Do you have any idea what might caused this malfunction? Could this be some kind of conflict with the plugins that has been installed?

I have an idea that a modification of either JS, HTML or CSS caused the issue. I was trying to narrow down that, do you know which was modified?

I’ve tweak the css a bit. Trying to place z-index on the menu bar for its sub menu.

I didn’t noticed that.
I think I’ve mistakenly deleted some codes in that part. Oh boy. Sorry for my ignorance but is there anyway I could fix this thing back?

I have already tried that solution before but nothing happens. Didn’t even budge.

That’s odd, it resolved it for me. Maybe your invalid syntax on your last media query caused any subsequently added code to fail.

I removed the incomplete queries that I have and replaced it with the twenty twelve media queries code but nothing happened.

Double-check that you’ve done that, because it’s still not in your style.css file.

I’ve immediately removed the code after I tried it once. It really didn’t work.
