Navigation through Archive of Posts

  • Hi,
    I’d like to have excerpts of 4 posts at my page and a navigation (arrows) to navigate to the next 4 and back and so on.
    I tried a lot, but all I got is this https://www.conceptualisms.org/main/
    When I click on “Next” I see another page, so it just scrolls through the pages that are listet at the navigation bar that you can see on the right. But I need a classic navigation through posts (within the same category) from new to older.

    Any Ideas are welcome!
