Navigation problems

Hi

I recently set a WordPress site up and I hired a developer to add a theme to the site for me. I need to make some changes but am really struggling to do anything except the basics – adding pages and posts. I’ve added some items to my shop page using Shopify widget but nobody one can find this page because the main navigation on the website is a vertical dropdown and it isn’t very clear.

I’ve read through lots of forums but can’t work out how to change the navigation. When I look through the templates I can’t find ‘nav’ mentioned except for on the stylesheet and when I change this one it make no difference.

Any help would be much appreciated.
