Navigation problem in post but not page

    Hello,
    I’m using post grid to show posts of certain categories in certain pages and custom type posts.
    In pages, the navigation works correctly, the 2nd page goes to the second page and loads the remaining posts etc.
    In custom type posts though, the navigation exists, but if you click the 2nd or the 3rd or the “Next” button, it reloads the same page. Let’s say the page is https://www.mydomain.com/mycustompost, the button “2” instead of taking you to https://www.mydomain.com/mycustompost/page/2 (which is what it says at href), it reloads the same page and stay at https://www.mydomain.com/mycustompost.
    Can you please check that?

    Thanks for your post.

    Can you please reset permalink settings and then refresh the post grid.

    Please deactivate cache plugin if you have installed.

    Thanks a lot for the quick reply.
    What do you mean about reseting permalink settings? My permalinks are set to “Post name”, and changing it doesn’t fix the problem. I also do not have any cache plugin enabled since the site is in development phase.
    Any other suggestion please?

    I also tried to create a test post (not custom post type), and it still does not work. It works only in pages. Is it possible that sth changed by the update of wordpress from 4.7.2 to 4.7.3? Can you reproduce the error? It can’t be just me…

    Can you please tell me how you created custom post type ?
    have you used any 3rd party plugin for creating custom post ?

    But I just said that it does not work even with a wp post. I created a new post (not custom), wrote e.g. [post_grid id=”614″], it shows the first page and navigation but does not navigate to next pages…
    Anyway, I use sydney theme, so it has its custom post type “services”.

    Can you please deactivate others plugin one by one to check the conflict, also try with another theme.
    Let me know the result.

    If possible please go our forum and post a question, we may ask for admin access to check the issue.
