Navigation Permissions Jupiter Theme

The theme I’m using (Jupiter) has changed to Walker_Nav_Menu_Edit_Custom and causes the Navigation Menu Permission Warning, and making it so the permissions aren’t appearing.
Are there any edits to their code (or yours?) that would get this working again?
