Navigation not working on the homepage

Hi there
I have uploaded a new site and the sidebar navigation is not working on the homepage – works on all the other pages.
I have a few markup errors which I am working my way through, but need the navigation sorted fairy fast – so was wondering if anyone might be able to see the issue.
Any help greatly appreciated.
