Navigation Method (Numbered Pages)

In my template I have a link called ‘Previous Entries’ to navigate through the blog. I want to change it to numbered pages such as, 1,2,3…..Last>>. I saw this somewhere, but don’t remember where. Is there a plugin to do do this?
