• I’m using Twenty Twenty-two and like a ton of other people, I’m struggling with navigation menus, since that theme removed the nice menu-creation-and-management interface that used to be accessible from Appearance -> Menus.

Would it be possible to restore the old menu interface? I can’t see that it was incompatible with FSE. Yes, I understand that using the list view is very similar in theory, but it is significantly more cumbersome.

Under “select menu” for the navigation block, while looking for something useful, I found something that looked promising: “manage menus”. It takes you to something that looks like the typical WordPress administrative screen! now that should be useful, shouldn’t it? Well, no. While that screen lists no fewer than nine menus, several of which I KNOW are populated with links, clicking on “edit” brings up exactly nothing. What is this screen for??
