Navigation menu underline thickness

    Hi,
    The hover underline text-decoration of the navigation menu links on desktop is thicker than elsewhere (in posts, meta, etc), it looks like it is 2 or 3px thick. I would like to make it thinner (1px) with custom css, but cannot find where/how it is defined in the stylesheet.
