Navigation menu items disappear

    I have installed the groups plugin, and I really like the concept.
    However, When I turn it on, menu items created with Post Type Archive Links the links disappear.

    When I turn Groups off they return.

    They disappear for all users, including Administrators.

    Has anyone experienced something like that for your navigations?
