Navigation Menu is showing summary

Hi doriguzzi,

Your theme appears to be using menu descriptions.

If Avada is using default WordPress functionality for this, the menu descriptions can be removed in your WordPress dashboard> appearance > menus > descriptions, as shown here.

If that doesn’t work, and you have paid for your copy of the commercial Avada theme, try contacting the developers for support.

Thank you Gary and Mdshak! I removed the menu descriptions and add the custom css code and it is still showing up. But when I go to the page on my mobile it looks fine. Any other suggestions?

My code is perfect. It will work definitely. I would suggest to put inside style.css of child theme.

Adding css would hide the text from being viewed, but it will not remove it from the sites html.

Hiding chunks of text with css is not generally recommended as it could potentially be seen as a spam tactic by search engines. Completely removing the text would be the preferred option.

It should be possible to do this through either the default WP options or Avadas own theme settings. Avada support should be able to help her remove it.
