I’m new to these forums, and am always rushing,so I never get to fully learn the things I need. I don’t have time to post comments, and thus far, it’s rare I can even thank people or donate to app developers.
I have two seconds, so I wanted to say thank you SO much, especially to those that provide easy, quick and pertinent information, like links to the exact tool I need. I am getting better (I do website development/seo for small business) at WordPress and apps. I make a promise (and I don’t lie-promise) that soon and then from now on, I will thank those that help, and I will contribute to the apps and tools I use. I have a list going.
I have a website going up today, and scrambling to find a way to add a Wikipedia definition–where it hovers, doesn’t leave page, and a tool to embed a Google map. Thus far, I’ve gotten a few apps to try for the “hover” effect I need, and a geomap app for not only maps, but worldwide, which is something I want later on. I haven’t found the Google embed app or a couple others yet, but it’s hard not to stray when there is such amazing work going here.
I want to make simple, clean, efficient, seo powerhouse one-three page websites for local businesses needing the most seo packed site for their money. Then provide on-site and ongoing SEO services. I don’t make any money yet, which is why such limited contributions thus far, and I haven’t studied all areas of my current profession. If anyone can suggest some very simple, easy to use tools to make an amateur web designer-mostly using WordPress, but have to use other programs sometimes, I would appreciate it. Limited knowledge, but amazing research, big picture vision, a commitment to providing the best for my customers (none paying yet, mostly non-profit and local struggling contractors), but work so far has been pretty good for my “clients”, so I am starting to get referrals. I really want to do an excellent job, but know I don’t have time or expertise to provide without help from apps, tools and great people like you.
Thank you again. You WILL see me again. I will return and right now, I DO POST great apps I find on my FB and Google+ accounts so I can help others find the best-but hopefully, also give you guys a plug.
