I deactivated all the plugins and cleared the complete cache of the mobile chrome, now if the menu items work. However, it no longer shows the menu panel (since it is minimized) until you tap the menu icon about 5 or 7 times.
It is also worth mentioning that to display the menu panel on the main page, it is necessary to click twice on the menu icon, then 5 or 6 times when loading the other pages.
