The Navigation menu at the top of page is showing a vertical list of items instead of a horizontal menu

    For example
    It is showing
    Activity
    Members
    Groups

Expected is : Activity Members Groups

Default and fresh install of WP 4.1 and BP 2.1.1 – nothing else.

I’ll take a look at it for you today.

I’ve been testing it on a fresh install and I’m wondering if you have assigned the navigation menu in the menu settings because it is working ok when I do so- you have to create your menus and assign them to different logged in states for this themes menu to work as intended.

The navigation menu is for what logged out users will see, Admin Navigation is for logged in admin users, Contributors Navigation for contributors, Subscribers Navigation for subscribers, Authors Navigation for authors.

You can create different menus for different levels of users in the Appearance > Menus settings.

Logged out users see normal horizintal nav links
But for any logged in user it becomes a list.
Sorry, I used your contact form to pm some details.
