Navigation buttons don’t show up on most pages

As you can see my navigation buttons are missing on the homepage slider and it is not sliding. As a counterexample, the exact same slider seems to work fine on Here. I tried selecting the window load setting (it is currently selected) but I’m still facing the same problem. I also purged the website cache recently. All help is appreciated!
