Navigation bar not displaying sub-menus

  • I have a set of menus that are structured like this:

    My Work
    Portfolios
    Project 1
    Project 2
    Project 3
    Projects
    Project 1

    “My Work” shows up in my main navigation bar. When I hover over that, and quickly move my cursor down to “Projects” (the 2nd item in the popup menu), it’s sub menu does not appear (which should have “Project 1” in it). If I move my cursor slowly to it, it will appear. I think this has to do with the menu animations preventing subsequent menus from appearing when the cursor flys over them too quickly.

    For some reason the spaces in my menu layout in my original post were removed… so here’s my menu structure again:

    My Work
    __Portfolios
    ____Project 1
    ____Project 2
    ____Project 3
    __Projects
    ____Project 1
