  • You forgot to add a CSS closing tag } in line 2361 ( style.css ) :

    .theme-goldblack .widgettitle {
    	color: #d9a53a;
    }

    We have ruled out the color schemes. We switched to another color scheme within our theme and it still remains broken. Any help would be awesome? Even just an idea where to look?

    Just replace the entire style.css file with this one: https://pastebin.com/tYzLJNqh ( as if you couldn’t add the closing tag in the right place )
    After that, you can again set up your preferred colors if not set already.

    I definitely messed something up in the style sheet – something with the sub-menus I am thinking?

    – The theme you referred to is not in the WordPress official theme directory.
    – I recommend you contact your theme’s developers. You’ll be more likely to find a good answer from them, for they have the access to its code.
