Navigation bar disappeared and deleted page links appear on homepage

Hi,
Not sure what happened but, when I went to check my site today, there were links from a page i unpublished on the ‘header’ of my site and my navigation bar is missing. I also noticed that the images contained in those same links have disappeared.

Not sure why I am having all of these issues with missing images, links and now my navigation. I am using iTheme.
