Navigation bar background black – Responsive menu issue

Hi,

I have a WP site with the Navigation Bar set to black, the only issue is when you view the site in responsive mobile mode you can’t see the three lines that indicate the menu. I need it keep the black colour so is there a way of making these three lines white in responsive mode?
