Navigation bar

Hi, firstly, I love the theme, was exactly what I was searching for for my brownie company. The only thing I am not keen on is the floting navigation bar. I’ve read the other posts where you’ve said it is not possible easily.

I did a bit of poking around in the code and assuming I didn’t want the tagline would I be able to change <?php bloginfo( ‘description’ ); ?> in the header.php file to be hyperlinked text, thus forming a simple navigational bar just under the site title?
