Navigation and pagination do not work

    I notice it stopped displaying the navigation and pagination.

    I deactivated all plugins to see if they were the reason for the issue but even after deactivating them and clearing the browser it still did not display the navigation or pagination.

    Could you please go to Testimonials > Settings > Compatibility > Ajax Page Loading > Advanced > Monitor > Observer and change it like you see in my screenshot here: https://gyazo.com/0515b8828a9b555fd55cbef5c04eb9a1 > save and let me know if it fixes the issue.

    Could you please send me your website’s url so I can take a look?
    Can you please deactivate all your plugins except ST for a couple of minutes and see if this fixes it?

    Can you please let me know what theme are you using?
    So I can install it and test this out on my end as well as it might be an incompatibility with the theme.

    @usa0711 – terribly sorry for the late reply. We didn’t get a notification for your fist message.

    We’ll try replying today with a solution.

    P.S: FWIW, Divi just announced v4 which is a major overhaul from v3. We’ll be, most likely, only supporting v4 going forward.

    We tried to find this bug using the exact Compatibility and Slideshow settings, but we couldn’t replicate this issue.

    Have you tried just using the default Compatibility settings:
    Ajax Page Loading -> none
    Load Event -> document ready

    Have you tried changing the theme to see if the issue still persists?

    Also make sure you install the latest version of the plugin.

    I am still having this issue even after the Divi update. Not sure what to do any more.
