• We use WordPress with WooCommerce containing thousands of products.

When a user enters a custom page number in the upper-right corner, the page returns with no posts. In other words, if I choose to go to page 50 of 233, the page loads saying ‘No products found.’

We’ve tried enabling/disabling various settings to no avail. We only have the following settings selected:

    • Enable research tool on compose screen
    • Search custom taxonomies
    • Search every category name and description
    • Search every custom field
    • Highlight Search Terms

Deactivating the plugin brings back this pagination feature.

    Hi @nncoin,

There are portions of tech within both the Search Everything and Woocommerce plugins that are not compatible for certain uses. This can sometimes cause bugs when searching specific attributes. We apologize for the inconvenience!

Our Engineering team is currently in the process of building out and updating our suite of plugins in an effort to consolidate our technologies as well as enhance the overall user experience. As such, our most relevant solution may be an upcoming rollout.

If you have any further questions or concerns please do not hesitate to reach out directly at [email protected].

    Best,
    Sovrn Support
