Nav Menus Disappear on all pages with your plugin

Thanks for the appreciation and such a beautiful feedback. Checkout my code and fine where i am using .html() in jquery. I think that that should be .append() or .prepend() in your case. If you get it fixed, i will make these changes in next version.

You are already using prepend for jquery, I tracked the issue down to the use of add_filter(‘pre_get_posts’, ‘ap_pagination’, 1). It seems pre_get_posts is filtering the nav_menu_item and thus removing all the menus on any page that your plugin filters. Can you please help me to fix this?
