Nav Menu’s button have purple outline on click

    Hi,
    I’m using the Navigation menu widget to create a header and a sub-menu below, as seen in the link provided.
    The problem is when I click on the menu text button, a purple outline apprears on it. This is unwanted and please guide me to remove it.
    Thanks in advance.
