nav-menu.php hacked websites

  • Hi,

    lately I’m seeing a lot of websites hacked by the same guy/guys. It is located in nav-menu.php . I have delete all wp core files and all theme and plugin files but this guy came back and replace them with fresh files.

    Anybody have the same problem?
