I want to use a custom menu for my mobile view and I’m using the Nav Menu widget from the ElementsKit plugin. I designed the menu but it doesn’t show up while previewing and not even on mobile even after updating.
Here is the screenshot of editing in elementor: https://prnt.sc/w1wc2q
Here is the screenshot while previewing in elementor itself: https://prnt.sc/w1wdcg
    The menu icon just disappears.
    Help me out. Thank you!

  • Hey @tanay11 ,

The hamburger menu is not showing because you have used transparent background (screenshot). Please use any background color to show the hamburger menu (screenshot).

Please let us know if the issue has been fixed.

    Thank you!
Just as you said, I changed the background color, and I designed the Menu with a different font(Poppins) and also submenu indicator is set to plus but it still shows arrow as you can see in the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/w25iw4
I cleared all the cache but still, when I went to view the Menu in mobile, it looks like the default undesigned one:- https://prnt.sc/w25nob

Help me out here. Thank you once again!

    Hey @tanay11 ,

I have checked it in my development environment and the plus is showing fine in my Elementor editor (screenshot). This could be caching issue so try different browser or incognito mood. Hopefully your problem will be solved.

I am not clear about what you wanted to say by “default undesigned one”. As you selected the plus submenu indicator its showing that. I found no issue on that second screenshot.

Default undesigned one means for instance, I used ‘Poppins’ font for my Menu text https://prnt.sc/w25iw4 , but in mobile, it still shows ‘Roboto’ https://prnt.sc/w25nob.
I don’t know what’s happening either. It might be cache issue, but I purged all cache, cleared CDN cache and DNS cache. Still, I’m facing this issue.

Hello sir, just a head’s up. The issue has been resolved. It was cache related issue and my hosting company cleared the cache from their side, and things are working fine now.
    Thank you for your help!
