Nav menu broken

Latest updates or something broke my top nav menu, and I can’t seem to fix it. susanmidlarsky.com — suddenly got bullets in the menu, and the text is all top-aligned and just plain ugly. Wrong color too. Suggestions? Thanks in advance!
