    hi,

can you try to temporarily do the following to narrow down the problem:

    – deactivating all other plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems

    Hi Angelo,

I did just try this, and it did not resolve the issue. I do have this on another site which uses our custom theme, so I don’t think it’s a theme-specific problem. I’ve also compared the settings from the site that it’s working just fine on, and this new site, and adjusted to match and still getting the “Not Found” error.

    Any other ideas?

    Thanks for the reply.

    Hi Angelo,
I tried this and still no luck. I really appreciate your help, I’m not too familiar with the set up of this plugin. I know how it operates after set up (from the other client’s site) but wasn’t involved in the set up of that one.

    Any other ideas? ??

hmm, weird because everything is working for me using wp default theme and to another custom theme; can I know how did you setup your nav menus?
