Nav dropdown not working

Hello,
I have set up a nav with a sub menu item however when I’m on the website the dropdown only appears when I click on the parent item instead of on hover, because of this it does not let me click on the services parent menu item.

Dropdown is active by on click which is correct.
Please see the example at Bootstrap website. https://v4-alpha.getbootstrap.com/components/navbar/
To make it active on hover you have to manually add some css or js to the theme. Example: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/16214326/bootstrap-dropdown-with-hover
