Nav Bar Help and email form

I found a template I like. The theme is at:

If you look at the top right hand or the page, you will see the links that say: CONTACT, HOME, TERMS

How can I change the order to: HOME, TERMS, CONTACT?

A second question I have..if you go to the contact page, the comments area seems to go off the page. Can this be adjusted in this theme?
