nav bar code

    So if you go to my website (weenze.com) you can see that the top nav bar is black…I have been trying to change it blue but can not find the code anywhere, I am currently using the parament and was hoping someone could just give me a way to find the code to change it. Also my leave a reply comment box is dark blue and i cant find that either
