Native player not working

  • Hello. In courses settings I desactivated Vimeo and Youtube players but still showing the vimeo/youtube player.
    I alredy have tutor lms in another site and it’s working fine.
    I don’t know if i’m missing something.

    I realized that this is the bug: When I enter for the first time to the lesson oage (or refresh it), it shows the wrong player, when I change the tab to other lesson the natuive player works

    On your website have any cache plugin please deactivate and check again. Also, you can check on different browsers with different accounts. Sometimes this kind of issue happened for the server-side cache.

    Hello. It was the Smush plugin. I on’t know why but when I unactivated it it worked.

    It’s my pleasure

    Because the Smush plugin optimizes some resources and loads iframe from the cache. All the videos load as iframe.
