National character set not working included from file.

  • Hi guys. I use WP with UTF-8, it outputs my text very well but when i translate some wordpress plugins, or write anything into wp files with my nonenglish characters it doesnt show up well.

    I want to use the next characters: ú, ?, ü, ó etcetc…

    The strange is, when i set up ISO-8859-2 (or sg liek that i dont remember, a friend of mine recommended it…) in the wordpress settings at the dashboard, then all characters included from files working well,but my usual worpdress articles are messed up!

    Anyone fancy to enlighten me?
