    Hi guys,
    I have the same issue as some others have reported over here… After upgrading to 3.2.3 the button “Create ticket” is not reacting anymore…
    Also: In the settings, the system will not store my choices of pages for [tickets] and [submit-ticket]. I save, but when opening the settings again, the choices are back to “None” (Not sure about the translation as I’m using a norwegian language).

    And lastly: I cannot see the file upload area in the submit page. This was also a problem in 3.2.2.

    Arf. Could you please update to 3.2.3 and tell me if the bugs are still there.

    I have the exact same issues after upgrading to 3.2.3. The “settings” pages are resetted to default after saving… the styling is not correct… the WYSIWYG editor isn’t showing up. Styling is not correct as in: button links aren’t styled, buttons aren’t styled, labels have incorrect link colors…

    So have the same problems.

    Is there a way to downgrade to a earlier version, somewhere?

    Sorry for the misunderstanding. I’ll be looking into this. You can downgrade to any version you like manually: https://github.com/ThemeAvenue/Awesome-Support/releases

    Thanks, although 3.2.2 has the same problems. Good to know we can downgrade.

    Do you have a fix planned for these problems? If so, when?

    No ETA yet. We’re working on it. I think we’ve identified. We’ll release an update as soon as we have a fix for it.

    @1bjk903: Which version will you downgrade to? I haven’t used AS since version 2.x, so I don’t know the latest stable version…

    @figu: 3.2.0 was the last stable version I know.

    Hmmm… When trying to revert to 3.2.0: “Awesome Support dependencies are missing. The plugin can’t be loaded properly. Please run composer install before anything else. If you don’t know what this is you should install the production version of this plugin instead.”

    …and I have no idea how to use installer… :-/

    Local or global installation – anyone..?

    That is because the version tracked in GitHub is “raw” and the dependencies such as Titan Framework aren’t tracked in the repo. However, I just pushed version 3.2.4 which will fix the options issue (it was a Titan Framework problem that’s been fixed and updated).

    Great! Thanks! Now the styling looks good and we are able to submit again… ??

    Any idea why I don’t see the file uploader in back-end – and the customers don’t see it in front-end? The option is enabled…

    Just the standard file uploader right? Not Filepicker?

    First thing I’d check is if the allowed files extensions are correctly setup in the settings.

    I use the standard setup, just changed # of files and size:

    Allow file upload: Yes (checked)
    Max # of files: 4
    Max file size: 4 MB
    File types: Here I tried the standard (as installed):

    jpg,jpeg,png,gif,pdf,doc,docx,ppt,pptx,pps,ppsx,odt,xls,xlsx,mp3,m4a,wav,mp4,m4v,mov,wmv,avi,mpg,3gp,3g2,zip

    With space:
    jpg, jpeg, png, gif, pdf, doc, docx, ppt, pptx, pps, ppsx, odt, xls, xlsx, mp3, m4a, wav, mp4, m4v, mov, wmv, avi, mpg, 3gp, 3g2, zip

    and with a dot in front:
    .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .pdf, .doc, .docx, .ppt, .pptx, .pps, .ppsx, .odt, .xls, .xlsx, .mp3, .m4a, .wav, .mp4, .m4v, .mov, .wmv, .avi, .mpg, .3gp, .3g2, .zip
