Narrowing Search by Zip Code

  • I am wondering if I can narrow down service providers by zip codes.

    My idea is to have 2-3 providers servicing different geographic areas. I want the end user to be able to put their zip code into the search bar and then their appointment time and it narrow down to which provider fits the parameters and assigns the appointment to them.

    Is this something that can be done with the plug-in?

    Hi Natalie,

    Sorry for the delay in our response. Unfortunately, this is not currently a feature of the plugin. While the appointments themselves display conditionally, based on which location, service and provider is selected, there is currently no functionality to have the fields themselves display conditionally based on the value of another field. And there’s currently no option to add custom fields to the right hand side box. Conditional custom fields and/or service fields is something that would be a cool idea for the plugin. Hopefully, at some point, we can take a look to see if this is something we’d be able to implement.
