    Boa tarde, estou precisando de ajuda, desde as 2 últimas atualiza??es do woocommerce n?o recebemos mais emails de novos pedidos, cancelamentos etc feitos por nossos clientes na loja virtual; Alguém poderia me orientar?

    do not receive more emails from new Orders in store

    Good afternoon, I need help, since the last 2 updates of woocommerce we do not receive more emails of new orders, cancellations etc. made by our customers in the virtual store; Could someone guide me?

    This could be a few different things.

    First off, are your orders stuck on the order status pending? If so, then emails aren’t being sent out because payment isn’t complete or confirmed. Troubleshooting this will be based on your gateway, so please do let us know which gateway you’re using.

    If your order statuses are processing or completed, then the problem is elsewhere. I recommend taking a look at this FAQ:
