    Sorry for this delayed reply, I was working on a new theme and updating the existing one here on www.remarpro.com ??
    I also had to translate your message since I don’t understand Portuguese ??
    Well, from the translation, I could only understand that if a user uses an IOS device, the plugin would not work.
    You didn’t supply me with any information( device/browser…), link, so I can try to figure out what is going wrong…
    Did you solve this or it’s still not working for you ?
    Please let me know and give me at least some information ??
